Welcome to LoanBearMe. By accessing or using loanbearme.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. About Our Service

LoanBearMe is an independent marketing and lead generation service. We are not a lender, loan broker, or agent of any lender. We do not make credit decisions and do not guarantee loan approval or any specific loan terms. Our service connects consumers with lenders and lending partners who may offer loans.

By submitting your information through our Site, you authorize LoanBearMe to share your information with our network of lending partners for the purpose of evaluating your loan request.

2. Eligibility

To use our Site and services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Loan products are not available in all states. Residents of states where lending products are prohibited by law are not eligible to use our service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable the Site's functionality.

4. Loan Requests and Lender Relationships

When you submit a request through our Site, we transmit your information to our lending partners. Each lender has its own eligibility criteria, underwriting standards, and terms. LoanBearMe does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Lender decisions to approve or deny your request.
  • Loan terms, rates, fees, or repayment schedules offered by lenders.
  • The conduct or practices of any lender in our network.
  • Any disputes between you and a lender.

Always review loan documents carefully before signing. You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer.

5. APR and Loan Terms

Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) offered through our network range from 5.99% to 35.99%. Loan amounts range from $500 to $5,000. Repayment terms range from 61 days to 72 months. The lowest rates are available to well-qualified borrowers with excellent credit. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rates or larger loan amounts.

A representative example: A $2,000 loan with a 24-month term at a 24.99% APR would result in 24 monthly payments of approximately $106.83. The total amount repayable would be approximately $2,563.92, including principal and finance charges.

6. Credit Check Disclosure

Checking your eligibility through LoanBearMe does not affect your credit score. However, if you proceed with a lender, that lender may perform a hard credit inquiry as part of their underwriting process, which could impact your credit score. Each lender has its own policies regarding credit checks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LoanBearMe or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that a lender will approve your request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanBearMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoanBearMe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
